Joining HCMC is very easy,  great fun and opens up a whole new world of excitment for you.  To join HCMC just download our membership form,  link provided below,  print it out,  fill it in and send it with your cheque to our PO box.  Note : You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print the membership form.  Annual fees are shown on the membership form itself.
