HCMC Events under the Covid-19 protection framework

New Zealand’s move to the traffic light system (or as it’s officially known, the Covid-19 Protection Framework) has brought certain changes and requirements to how we run events. To ensure we can run events while still meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Health, MBIE and Sport NZ, Motorsport NZ have provided us with the framework for motorsport events under the traffic light system. This is summarised as follows and is current as of 2 December 2021 - please check the Motorsport NZ website for the latest version of this framework.

Auckland is under the red level of the traffic light system from until further notice, which means any events we run can only occur if everybody at the event holds a valid Covid-19 Vaccine Pass. Instructions to retrieve your Vaccine Pass can be found at https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/.

Our organisers will be checking these Vaccine Passes when you drive into the venue. We’ll also be asking you scan in using the NZ Covid Tracer app as we’ve been doing for over a year now.

We'll update this information when we can. For the latest on the traffic light system, check https://covid19.govt.nz.
